In Cultivate Surge 1, of course you learn the essential theory but more essentially you learn the fundamental decision-making that goes in setting up a venture. You'll learn one of the cores of building a startup - failing fast. A concept that can save you years while working on your future ventures. You'll learn if you're genuinely the right fit for being an entrepreneur. Even if you're not, we've structured the Surge 1 in a way that lets you identify your passion among the said subdomains of Cultivate Entrepreneurship Surge 1 i.e. Design, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Communication, Operations. You'll learn how the following sub-domains work in building a startup from scratch. And gain essential skills in all of these sub-domains. Design, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Communication, Operations.

Being a dreamer can be expensive But not always. The general pricing for Cultivate Entrepreneurship Surge 1 is around 4-6k depending upon the candidate type. But the one-time payment will cover the following for all the candidates: delicious refreshments/meals, mentoring from the industry professionals, exclusive Stick merchandise, industry exposure field trips, incubation/accelerator visit, required infrastructure facilities for prototyping, and all the expenses that go into curating the best experiences for you. All this for the entire duration of ~2 months.

Cultivate Surge 1 is the first edition of this entrepreneurship bootcamp while Cultivate is the close-knit community in Stick's Techosystem. When you enrol for Surge 1, you're automatically enrolled for Cultivate which continues to be a dynamic environment for you to grow and do what you might love.

The batch strength of Surge 1 is kept to be ~30 hand-picked participants.

Cultivate Surge 1 is open for all levels of experience, whether you're in college or school or even a pass-out/professional. The only prerequisite is your passion for entrepreneurship, startups or having a larger impact on the society. That's why we're taking only those who can persevere through this intense bootcamp. To make sure of that, we'd like the participant to fill in the application form with a serious effort and pay a minimum amount for screening interview.

Absolutely! Cultivate Surge 1 provides numerous curated opportunities for networking, exposure and team-building. The Surge 1 concludes with a grand event planned at the CEC Complex, AMU and the Kennedy Auditorium to facilitate this.

Absolutely not! You'll be assigned a startup you'll be working on in the beginning of Surge 1. If you already have an idea you want to work on you should convey it during the application process. Your idea being selected as the project you'll be building will depend on the scope of your startup idea and how well that can be executed during Surge 1's time duration and will not be ruled out on the basis of the nature of idea.

Cultivate Surge 1 is built on the principle of build quick & fail fast. There's a silver lining with your startup idea not being chosen. Cultivate is a community of passionate individuals. You'll find team members, educational resources, networks, experts connect for life to build the idea that was dear to you and wasn't chosen for what you build during Surge 1. When you've gone through the proposed startup idea during Surge 1, you'll be better equipped to build the startup of your dream. There will be more chances of your startup being successful because you've already built one.
