Stick – Child Safety Policy
At Stick, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for our users. Protecting minors is a top priority, and we follow strict standards to ensure their safety online and offline.
1. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to all users under 18 years of age, and anyone interacting with minor users on the Stick platform. Stick is not intended for children under 13 years old, and such users are not permitted to create accounts.

- No Harmful Content: Stick does not allow content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
- Data Privacy: We handle data from minors with extra care, following applicable child privacy laws.
- Safe Interactions: Social and community features are designed to reduce exposure to inappropriate content or harmful interactions.
3. Reporting Concerns
- Users can report inappropriate behaviour or content directly in the app.
- Stick has a dedicated Child Safety Team that investigates reports promptly.
- If we encounter child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation, we report it to relevant authorities immediately.
- Reports can also be submitted at any time by emailing query@stickapp.club (monitored daily).
4. Community Standards
- Stick enforces strict rules against bullying, harassment, and exploitation.
- Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or reporting to authorities.
5. Age Requirement
- During sign-up, Stick requires users to confirm their date of birth.
- Users under 13 are not allowed to create an account.
- Users 13–17 may access the app, but must use it responsibly and in line with this policy.
